A One-Year Contract for Creators Who Can Actually Mentor
Any session you deliver beyond the guaranteed 20 in a calendar month is paid at the same ₹1,000 rate, settled at the end of that month. If you want more volume and have the capacity for it, the ceiling is yours to raise.

Most platforms hire mentors the way they hire freelancers. Post a profile, wait for a booking, take a cut, repeat. The mentor carries the risk of an empty calendar, and the mentee carries the risk of an unvetted teacher.
We built the opposite arrangement. Aynstyn Technologies Private Limited hires creators on a one-year contract at a fixed monthly retainer, and we bring the business to you. You bring the expertise and the willingness to be held to a standard.
Here is exactly how it works, with no ambiguity about money, time, or expectations.
The Contract
Term: One year, on contract.
Fixed monthly retainer: ₹20,000.
Rate: ₹1,000 per 45 minutes of delivered mentoring.
That last sentence is the one to read twice. Forty-five minutes is our billing unit, not a mandated session length. You may run 30-minute sessions, 20-minute sessions, or 60-minute sessions, and you define that when you build your playbook. What we count is time delivered. Every 45 minutes of it earns ₹1,000, whether that arrives as one session, two, or three.
Guaranteed volume: We commit to a minimum of 900 minutes of mentoring per month, which is 15 hours, which is 20 billing units, which is the ₹20,000 retainer. The retainer is not a bonus on top of session fees, and it is not conditional on you finding your own mentees. It is the floor, and we are responsible for filling it.
Overflow: Time delivered beyond 900 minutes in a calendar month is paid at the same rate, prorated to the minute at ₹1,000 per 45 minutes, and settled at the end of that month. If you want more volume and have the capacity for it, the ceiling is yours to raise.
What Your Weekend Actually Looks Like
This is the part most people want spelled out, so let us do the arithmetic in the open.
Nine hundred minutes a month, delivered across four weekends, is 225 minutes per weekend. Three hours and forty-five minutes of live mentoring, split across Saturday and Sunday as you prefer.
That figure does not change with your format. Whether you run long sessions or short ones, the delivery target is the same 3 hours 45 minutes per weekend. What changes is how many calls it takes to get there, and how much calendar you need to block around them.
Your session length | Sessions per month | Delivery per weekend | Calendar block per weekend |
|---|---|---|---|
60 minutes | 15 | 3h 45m | ~4h 45m |
45 minutes | 20 | 3h 45m | ~5h |
30 minutes | 30 | 3h 45m | ~5h 40m |
15 minutes | 60 | 3h 45m | ~7h 30m |
The block column assumes roughly 15 minutes of changeover between calls, which absorbs a mentee who runs late, your two minutes to review who is walking in next, and the breath between them.
Notice what the table is telling you. Shorter sessions do not reduce your commitment, they increase it. Sixty minutes of delivery in four 15-minute slices costs you the same ₹1,000 but occupies twice the calendar, because changeover overhead is charged per session and not per minute. If you build your playbook around very short formats, budget your weekend accordingly. For most domains, sessions between 30 and 60 minutes give the mentee enough room to work and keep your day sane.
Split the weekend however suits you. Two hours Saturday and one hour forty-five Sunday, or the reverse, or weighted toward whichever day you think better. What we need is your availability declared in advance, in your chosen format, so we can schedule against it with confidence.
Fifteen hours of live delivery a month for ₹20,000 works out to roughly ₹1,333 for every hour you are actually on a call. Your weekdays stay entirely your own.
The Three Free Hours, and Why We Ask for Them
Before any contract is signed, we ask for 180 minutes of mentoring, delivered free. Three hours, broken into whatever session length you intend to use on the platform.
We are not asking for free labour. We are asking for evidence.
A résumé tells us what you have done. A portfolio tells us what you have made. Neither tells us whether you can sit across from someone who is stuck and move them forward in 45 minutes. That is a distinct skill, and the only honest way to assess it is to watch it happen.
Those three hours feed into three things:
Mentee reviews. The people you mentored in those sessions are asked directly whether the time was worth it, and what changed for them as a result.
A formal interview. A structured conversation about your domain, your method, and how you handle a mentee who is not making progress.
Verification. Thorough checking of the credentials and experience you have claimed.
Appointment to the platform is at the sole discretion of Aynstyn Technologies Private Limited. Completing the three hours does not create an entitlement to a contract. We would rather be direct about that at the start than encouraging at the start and evasive at the end.
One rule during the trial
During the three free hours, do not market yourself, solicit the mentee, or direct them toward any engagement outside the platform.
The reason is straightforward. Reviews from these sessions determine whether you are appointed. If a mentor uses trial time to build a personal rapport aimed at securing a favourable review or a private client, the review stops measuring mentoring quality and starts measuring persuasion. That corrupts the only instrument we have for judging you fairly, and it is unfair to every other creator being assessed on the merits of their teaching alone.
Once you are enrolled, promoting your own sessions on the platform is not only permitted but encouraged. If your expertise attracts mentees and you want to bring them in, that volume counts toward your month and is paid accordingly. The restriction applies to the trial window and to the trial window only.
What Happens After You Are Enrolled
You declare your areas of expertise during onboarding. We then deliver business against that declaration on a weekly basis, matching mentees who need precisely what you know.
Your responsibility is competence. Not encouragement, not networking, not a pleasant 45 minutes. The mentee should leave able to do something they could not do before, and should perform measurably better in whatever they are working toward.
Session formats
You set the duration for each format when you build your playbook. A concept walkthrough might need an hour; a code review or a portfolio critique might land better in 25 minutes. Different formats in your playbook can carry different lengths. Billing is unaffected either way, since we count minutes delivered rather than calls completed.
Playbook sessions. You walk a mentee through the method you actually use. The sequence, the judgment calls, the things that only become obvious after you have done the work many times.
Practice sessions. The mentee attempts the work while you observe and correct in real time. Less talking from you, more doing from them.
Mock interviews. For mentees preparing for a specific hiring process, you conduct the interview and give a candid assessment afterward. These tend to need the longest slots, since a rushed debrief is worth very little.
Pre-session context
Where a mentee has consented to share it, you can review their performance history before the call. Prior session outcomes, where they have struggled, what they have already covered. Sessions are short whatever length you choose. Spending the opening minutes establishing what you could have read in two is a waste of the mentee's money and your time. This access is entirely at the mentee's discretion and only appears when they have granted it.
The MAPPT Framework
Every session on the platform is delivered through MAPPT, the mentoring framework Aynstyn has built for structured competence transfer.
This is not optional. A mentee who books three sessions with three different mentors should encounter one coherent method, not three personal styles. MAPPT is what makes the platform a platform rather than a directory of individuals.
The framework gives you a defined progression to move a mentee through, a consistent way to establish where they currently stand, and a shared vocabulary for recording outcomes so the next mentor picks up where you left off. Full stage-by-stage documentation and worked examples are provided during onboarding, along with training on applying it inside a 45-minute session.
Your expertise is yours. The structure through which you deliver it is ours. That division is what allows us to promise a mentee a consistent standard while still giving them access to genuinely different practitioners.
Who This Is For
This suits you if you have real depth in a domain, you can give up roughly five hours across a weekend without resentment, and you find something satisfying in watching another person get good at what you are good at.
It does not suit you if you want passive income, if your weekends are unpredictable, or if you are looking for a platform to advertise on rather than teach through.
If you have a playbook worth passing on, we would like to host you.
The path in: Apply with your declared expertise → deliver three hours of trial mentoring → mentee reviews, formal interview, and verification → contract offer at the sole discretion of Aynstyn Technologies Private Limited → onboarding, MAPPT training, and your first scheduled weekend.
Aynstyn Technologies Private Limited. All appointments are made at the company's sole discretion. Terms of the contract are confirmed in writing at the point of offer.
