It’s Really Competitive to Know What You Want
Whether you are preparing for an exam or planning your next career move, the first step is always the same: you just need to know what you want.

In a world full of noise, knowing what you want is a rare and powerful advantage. When you are clear in your thoughts and deeply understand your desire, the way you handle things shifts completely. You believe in yourself, you act with conviction, and you are driven by a sense of purpose. With clarity comes unwavering confidence.
Whether you are preparing for an exam or planning your next career move, the first step is always the same: you just need to know what you want.
What score are you striving for? What career role are you working towards? Answering “What is it that I want?” is the foundation. Once that is clear, you work on building yourself to match that vision. If you want a higher score, you study the approach taken by top achievers. If you want a specific job role, you study its responsibilities and start executing them in your own life, one step at a time.
The key is that when your goal is truly yours - not influenced by a need to prove something to others, but driven by a heartfelt desire - you will not feel the burden of achieving it. It doesn’t get heavy on your head. Instead, you resolve things one by one and fix them organically.
The Heart Knows, The Brain Copies
The brain is easily influenced. It looks at the success of others and tries to copy it. This is good for inspiration, but it raises a critical question: does your goal have a heart to it?
Do you believe it is what you truly want, through your own understanding, and are you striving to achieve it for that reason? The heart just knows what it wants. The brain, on the other hand, is a little naive - it wants what others have. But the heart is the place where your true desires are born. When you pursue those desires, they reward you far beyond your expectations.
Money is an Outcome, Not the Goal
Money is important, but it cannot be the goal itself. Money is an outcome that follows when you strive to achieve your heartfelt desires. Every truly successful individual did not strive for money first; they strived to become better and better at what they do. They keep improvising themselves in their career or in pursuit of the goal they have set their heart on. Excellence is the goal; money is the by-product.
Reduce the Importance, Amplify the Action
Problems arise when there is no plan and living life in away as if there is no aim in it, or when efforts are random. When a situation is idealized and blown out of proportion in your thoughts and mind, mistakes happen. It is healthy to reduce the exaggerated importance you place on an outcome and instead, act more. Take decisions when you are healthy, fit, and fine. Your decisions will carry conviction, and you will strive for excellence. Our universe is really intelligent than us and our world is governed by balance. When there is importance then there is imbalance and the balancing forces will correct the imbalance either by delivering the object desired or by taking away from you, generally first thing is true cause idealization of a person, object or a situation never works.
So, reflect on where you have created artificial importance around a subject or situation. If getting a job is made so critically important that it becomes a source of anxiety, stress and a topic to worry about, then it won’t work. Instead, make the process of searching for the job a celebration. If you are rejected, you reflect and improve. If you fail an exam, you reflect and improve. Take your failures as stepping stones toward your goal.
The idea is to become more aware individual in your life so that you can observe and reflect well.
Clarity of Thought Moves the World
Our world does not work by force or arm-twisting. It works by clarity of thought and decisive action. You know what you want, you take action, and that alignment helps you get closer to your goal.
Your thoughts and attention to a subject is important, because they are observed and registered by the universe. Over time, as your conviction becomes stronger, the hurdles on the path begin to remove themselves. That is the power of knowing exactly what you want.
